Warts are skin growths caused by a viral infection of the skin.
There are several different kinds of warts like genital and seed.
Warts are passed from person to person, sometimes indirectly. The risk of catching hand, foot,
or flat warts from another person is small. Wart viruses occur more easily if the skin has been
damaged in some way. There are a number of different treatments for warts, including some
over the counter medicines, but if you think you have warts you should go see your dermatologist
to make sure it is not something else.
